41. Red Cross Chapter House
On the corner of Elizabeth and Ossian Street.
Built in the 1850's for Charles R. Kern, the property came in the ownership of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Noyes. Clara Barton helped establish the Red Cross Chapter in 1881; the Noyes' were charter members. Upon Mrs. Noyes Death in 1949, her child gave the property to the Clara Barton Chapter.
